or distance in kilometers (provided below) by the scale factor above. The most time-consuming portion would be question #2: Use a ruler to sketch a scale model of the Earth – Moon system in the box below. Draw the Earth,
the Moon, and their separation to scale in cm by using the values that you calculated in the above
table and label them. Also include the orbit of the International Space Station which orbits roughly 330
km above the surface of Earth. This can be done on your own paper. Question 3 is similar to question 1, plug in model distance numbers using the equation provided.
